Placement classes are designed as a guidance and trial experience for dancers who want clarity before committing to a level in the MAMI Experience. This is not an audition and not a test — it’s a supportive space to explore, move, and receive thoughtful recommendations so you can grow safely and confidently.
Who Are Placement Classes For?
Placement classes are ideal for:
New dancers who have never danced with us before and want help choosing the level where they’ll thrive
Returning MAMI dancers who are considering moving up a level and want guidance before making that decision
If you’re unsure which level will support your growth the most, this class is here to help.
What to Expect
A full class experience in a supportive, low-pressure environment
Guidance from the instructor to assess readiness, comfort, and growth potential
A clearer recommendation for level placement within MAMI Experience
Placement classes are optional, not mandatory.
Dancers who are happy staying in their current level do not need to attend.
Important to Know
Placement classes are meant to support your journey, not limit it
No dancer will lose their spot for requesting placement or attending a placement class
Final level placement is recommended with your growth, safety, and experience in mind

Pricing Structure
Returning Students
$590 + taxes
$560 + taxes (paid in full)
Paid-in-full is optional and offered to returning students who wish to secure their spot.
New Students
$630 + taxes
$600 + taxes (paid in full)
Payment Options
4-month payment plan available (split into 4 equal payments)
Paid-in-full option available
All payments are processed through the website and are subject to applicable taxes
Cancellation Policy
MAMI Experience — Cancellation Policy
Participants may cancel their registration up to the end of Week 2 of the program.
Monthly Payment Plan
Payments already made are non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs within the first two weeks, no further payments will be charged.
Paid-in-Full Registration
If cancellation occurs within the first two weeks, a refund may be issued.
After Week 2, the paid amount is non-refundable, but may be used as credit toward:
A future MAMI Experience program
Other LatinxBloom classes or programs
After Week 2, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
