Join the Mami Experience
Our signature 14-week Latin Heels program designed to push, empower, and transform you as a dancer. Each week, you will step into a powerful 1.5-hour session where technique, artistry, and choreography come together to prepare you for the stage. Unlike our intensives, this journey ends not in the studio, but under the lights of Vancouver’s iconic Red Room where every dancer gets to perform and shine in front of a live audience.
This is’nt just training. It’s confidence, It’s artistry. It’s culture. It’s your moment to own the stage.
-
Build confidence step by step with posture, precision, and strength, the foundation to shine in every choreography.
-
Discover your inner power through movement, owning your space and feeling unstoppable on and off the dance floor
-
More than a program, it’s a family. A safe, uplifting space where women connect, celebrate each other, and grow together
-
Dance becomes your language — a way to release emotions, tell your story, and embrace your unique style
-
The program ends with a professional shoot, letting you live the magic of being on set, lights on you, spotlight shining
-
A space where everyone is welcome, no matter your background, level, or story. Diversity is celebrated, and every dancer has a place to shine

Barbara is a Mexican dancer with a Latin spicy flavor and a deep passion for movement. Dance has been part of her life since she was very young, and it has always been her way of expressing emotions, connecting with people, and celebrating culture. She has been teaching twerk since 2019, honoring its culture and roots while also exploring other styles that inspire her, such as Afro, Dancehall, Reggaeton, Zumba, Heels, and more. What Barbara loves most about dance is how it builds confidence, brings joy, and creates community. For her, twerk is more than just a style—it is revolution. It’s about embracing your body, your energy, and your voice. Dance has helped her grow not only physically but also emotionally, teaching her resilience, strength, and self-love.
