As an educator, Tamara has taught classes and workshops across Chile, Mexico, the United States, and Canada, sharing her vision of dance as a tool for female empowerment. In 2022 she founded Latinxbloom, with the mission of expanding Latin culture through heels. In 2025 she launched the first edition of MAMI Experience, a live show that brought together dozens of performers in a vibrant celebration of strength, sensuality, and community.
She is currently directing the second edition of MAMI Experience while continuing to grow Latinxbloom as a space for artistic development, community, and cultural representation in Canada.
